Most AI tools are built for everyone and fit no one in particular. We do the opposite: we sit with your business, map the work that's eating your week, and build a focused set of agents that handle it.
The agents run on a computer you already own (or one we spec for you). Your data stays where it is. No vendor lock-in, no usage minimums, no quarterly migration scares.
We're a partnership of operators who run the same agent system on our own businesses. The same skeleton we ship to you is the one filing our books, watching our inbox, and writing this paragraph in draft form for review.
That means we don't sell software we wouldn't depend on ourselves. If it's not reliable enough for us, we don't ship it to you.
How it works
Three phases. We aim to be in and out of the heaviest lift in two or three weeks, then stay on retainer for the things software can't predict.
We watch how your business actually runs for a week. Email, calendar, the spreadsheets people guard, the tabs nobody closes. We come back with a written plan of which jobs an agent can take and which ones shouldn't.
We provision the hardware (or use what you have), install a slim set of agents tuned to your stack, and run them alongside your existing process until the outputs match. You see every draft before it sends.
Monthly retainer covers patches, model upgrades, new agents as needs surface, and a real human on call when something looks off. Cancel any month; the system keeps running on the hardware you own.
Pricing
We bill setup up front and a flat retainer after that. No per-seat charges, no per-call meters, no surprise invoices when usage ticks up.
